When contacting the billing companies, please prepare the following information:
- Please include your password and user name, payment method (credit card or check), subscription ID , transaction number(s) and the email address you joined with.
- If you are trying to cancel your membership through the billing company site, and for some reason are unsuccessfull, please send an email or call the billing company directly.
- If you are unable to provide the billing company with the accurate contact information, or fail to request cancellation on time, this may result in your account being charged entire subscription amount.
- If for some reason you have been re-billed after cancellation, please copy & paste your cancellation receipt, and send an email to the billing company. They will be happy to assist you. (please do not send attachements. Ususally anti-virus software will not allow it to be opened.)
